Cherbourg police have charged 16 people after disturbances in Barber Street, Cherbourg, between 6:00am and 5:00pm on Sunday.
Police will allege several individuals were involved in physical and verbal altercations throughout the day.
A 27-year-old Cherbourg man received head injuries and was flown to Toowoomba Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Sixteen people have been charged with a variety of offences including public nuisance, breach of bail, possess liquor in restricted area, threatening violence and assault.
Police investigations are continuing.
