Two people were injured on Saturday night when their vehicle left the road and overturned at Upper Yarraman about 9:00pm.
The Toowoomba-based RACQ CareFlight helicopter was landed on the Yarraman-Kooralgin Road, near the accident scene.
The driver, a man in his early 20s, was treated at the scene before being flown to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital with suspected neck injuries.
His female passenger was transported to Kingaroy Hospital via road ambulance.
Both patients travelled in a stable condition.
