The students at Tanduringie State School have a new “Adopt-a-Cop”.
Senior Constable Marcus Hooper, from Nanango station, will become a familiar face for the students and will be taking part in many of the school’s activities.
Principal Melanie Ludke welcomed him into his new role during a ceremony at the school last week.
Snr Const Hooper was accompanied on his visit to the school by colleague Senior Constable Sarah Bartholomeusz.
