The South Burnett Speedway Club is gearing up for a big weekend of racing to welcome in the New Year.
The club will be hosting the 2015 Australian Late Models Championship, sponsored by Kingaroy Equipment Sales, on January 2-3.
There’ll also be Modified Sedans and Street Stocks racing on Friday night.
On Saturday, as well as the final of the Late Models National Title, there’ll also be AMCAs, Production Sedans, Juniors and 4 Cylinders in action.
Saturday evening will be topped off by a fireworks display.
A total of 135 drivers have nominated across all classes on the weekend.
Racing on both nights will start 5:00pm.

The club will hold a calcutta night based around the Australian Late Model Title will on New Year’s Day (January 1) after practice and scrutineering have been completed.
The calcutta night, which will be held in one of the new pavilions at Kingaroy Showgrounds, will start at 6:30pm and feature a two-course meal and live entertainment, as well as the auction.
