Fire has damaged part of the Goldmix Stockfeeds plant on the Murgon-Gayndah Road at Windera.
The fire brigade was called just before 7:00pm this evening after smoke was seen issuing from a silo.
A QFES spokesperson said six fire crews attended the site and sprayed foam on the flames.
At 9:15pm, firefighters were still removing smouldering product from the silo in a bid to make the area safe.
Gas monitors are checking air quality.
Goldmix supplies bulk and bagged stockfeeds to local farmers in the South and North Burnett areas. It is part of the Norco group.
