A 36-year-old Blackbutt woman will probably lose her car after an alleged incident in Knight Street, Kingaroy, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant Duane Frank, said a Mitsubishi Magna was parked in the street and the woman was having an argument with the other occupants.
Sgt Frank said she admitted to police she had been driving the car and when breath-tested allegedly recorded 0.159 – more than three times the legal limit.
A police check also revealed she was disqualified from driving.
The car was towed and impounded.
Snr Sgt Frank said it was likely the vehicle would now be forfeited.

Kingaroy police arrested a 14-year-old girl in Windsor Circle on Sunday afternoon on four outstanding warrants.

A 49-year-old woman who tried to fight security staff at a local hotel on Saturday night after she was refused entrance, was taken home by police for her own safety.
She was also issued with an infringement notice for causing a public nuisance.

Police located a 21-year-old man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant at a home in Nevin Court on Thursday afternoon.
The man has been charged with breaching his bail conditions.
