Online registrations have closed but runners (and walkers) can still register from 7:00am on Sunday morning for this year’s Mother’s Day Classic fun run in Kingaroy.
This popular fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation consists of a 4km walk or an 8km run, starting from Kingaroy’s Memorial Park.
And if that’s too hard, just come along and support the walkers and runners and join in the entertainment and activities taking place in the park.
Registrations are $20 for adults, $12 for students / Health Card holders and $10 for children (16 years and under).
Family rates: 2 adults (and up to 4 children) $50; and 1 adult (and up to 4 children) $30.
The 8km run will get underway at 7:30am and the 4km walk at 7:45am.
The Go Getta Girls will have their famous pink tutus available for sale and there will be other stalls selling coffee and breakfast.
There’ll be a prize for “Best Dressed”.
NB. No dogs are allowed on the run or walk.
