A 61-year-old Murgon driver was taken to Murgon Hospital with minor injuries after a single-vehicle crash on the Wide Bay Highway this morning.
A police spokesman said the man’s Holden Commodore ran off a gravel shoulder about 1.4km east of Goomeri, down an embankment and into a tabledrain.
The incident occurred about 5:15am.
The spokesman said the man is believed to have suffered minor injuries to his lower back.
He has been issued with a notice to appear on a charge of failing to maintain control of a vehicle.
