Moffatdale’s Clovely Estate Wines plans to turn the spotlight on its South Burnett wines during Queensland Wine Week (March 31-April 6).
The largest vineyard in the State will be holding a special dinner from 6:30pm on Friday, April 4, at its City Cellar Door at Red Hill in Brisbane, featuring wines grown in the South Burnett and “an abundance of street food inspired fare”.
Tickets are $29 a head, with all food inclusive.
Clovely also has a more upmarket event planned soon, too.
The first of it Winemakers Dinners for 2014 will be held at the City Cellar Door on March 22.
This features a five-course degustation dinner with matched wines, cellar door drinks before and after and the opportunity to hear from Clovely’s winemakers.
Tickets are $125 per person and tables of eight are also available.
