A fraud charge laid after a police investigation at Wondai Kindergarten was adjourned again today at Murgon Magistrates Court.
Amanda Evans, who has been charged with dishonestly obtaining property, did not appear in court but Magistrate Mark Bucknall noted the court had received a letter from her.
The magistrate excused her appearance and set the matter down for a plea on March 4.
Evans’ bail was continued.
