A 35-year-old man was taken to Murgon Hospital, and then airlifted to Nambour Hospital, after a water ski-ing accident on Bjelke-Petersen Dam on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the dam at 12:49pm on Saturday to assist the man, who is believed to have been wakeboarding at the time.
The man suffered a fractured leg.
