Kingaroy’s RSL Services cricket club is still looking for nominations for its big Pink Stumps Day on Sunday (January 26) at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy.
The day is a fundraiser for the McGrath Foundation and the money raised will support breast cancer nurses.
The teams of six must include a minimum of two females.
But it doesn’t matter if you can’t play cricket! The games will be played with modified backyard cricket rules and plastic bats and balls.
Entry cost is $60 per team and it should be a huge fun day with plenty of food and drink available to purchase.
There will also be an auction at the end of the day.
This is the third year that the club has organised the fundraiser.
