Wondai Regional Art Gallery’s February exhibition will features works by artists from Nanango, Childers and Mundubbera.

The Childers Visual Art Group will be showing “Art for Art Sake” in the Alison Iszlaub Main Gallery. Pieces will include pastels, acrylics and sculptures in both contemporary and realistic styles.

Nanango artist Lyn Mangan will be displaying her works, across a variety of media, in the Front Gallery.

And popular Mundubbera artist and art instructor Sue Lederhose will have “Bites of the Burnett”, an exhibition of watercolours on canvas, in the Third Gallery.

Tingoora State School students will feature in Kidz Corner.

The official opening of the new exhibition will occur on Friday, February 7, from 6:00pm. The $5.00 entry fee includes hot and cold supper and punch. Wine will be served by Wondai Hotel & Cellars and there will be live entertainment.

The exhibition will remain in the gallery until the end of February.

The Wondai Regional Art Gallery is open seven days a week, from 10:00am to 4:00pm with free entry.
