A manslaughter charge laid following the death of Kingaroy resident Shaun Miles in May was mentioned briefly yesterday in the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
Paul Sutton, 41, from Sutherland in NSW, was charged last month after a long investigation by police into the death of Mr Miles, whose body was found on the corner of Fisher and Alford streets on May 24.
The case was adjourned to January 28 to enable evidence to be finalised.
Sutton’s bail was continued.
