RACQ CareFlight Rescue is airlifting a man in his 20s with multiple injuries after he fell from a dirt bike on a Kingaroy property this afternoon.

The rider successfully completed a very large jump but lost control of the bike after the landing and crashed into a nearby boulder.

His left side sustained the most injury on impact.

Queensland Ambulance treated the man on scene and then transported him to Kingaroy Hospital.

The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFight Rescue crew is preparing to airlift him to the Royal Brisbane Hospital for further treatment.
