A 53-year-old woman was taken to Murgon Hospital suffering from smoke inhalation after fire destroyed a highset timber home at Windera on Sunday morning.
The fire brigade was called to the blaze on the Murgon-Gayndah Road about 5:37am and found the building fully engulfed in flames and the roof collapsed.
Several gas cylinders exploded while fire crews were on the scene.
While urban fire crews dampened down the smouldering ruins, rural crews put out spot fires started by the main fire.
Fire crews left the scene about 10:00am.
Sgt Warren Lohmann, from Goomeri Police, said investigations were continuing but the cause of the fire was not thought to be suspicious.
The woman was released from Murgon Hospital shortly afterwards.
