The 2013-14 South Burnett cricket season will get underway on Saturday with an 11-team T20 competition.
There will be four pools playing at different venues from 9:00am:
- Pool 1 – Crusaders, Diggers, Barambah – games to be played at Murgon
- Pool 2 – Wondai, Colts – game to be played at Wondai
- Pool 3 – RSL (A), Kumbia, Warriors (B) – games to be played at Kumbia
- Pool 4 – Nanango, Warriors (A), RSL (B) – games to be played at Nanango
The draw is:
Pool 1
- 9:00am – Crusaders v Diggers
- Noon – Diggers v Barambah
- 3:00pm – Crusaders v Barambah
Pool 2
- 9:00am – Wondai v Colts
Pool 3
- 9:00am – Kumbia v Warriors (B)
- Noon – Warriors (B) v RSL
- 3:00pm – Kumbia v RSL
Pool 4
- 9:00am – Nanango v RSL (B)
- Noon – RSL (B) v Warriors (A)
- 3:00pm – Nanango v Warriors (A)
The winner of Pool 1 will play the winner of Pool 2 from 6:30pm on Friday, October 18, at Murgon Showgrounds.
The winner of Pool 3 will play the winner of Pool 4 (TBA).
Details of the Grand Final are yet to be finalised.
