Teila Eacersall with a lot from the last Rotary auction, a tanzanite and multi-diamond ring

October 2, 2013

The Kingaroy Rotary Club will be holding another of their popular jewellery auction fundraising nights later this month.

There’ll be about 100 pieces of new and pre-loved jewellery up for sale with most having no reserve price.

This is the third jewellery sale the club has hosted and it expects that many auction lots will be sold for less than 30 per cent of their valuation price.

The auction will be held at the Town Common Hall, in Oliver Bond Street, on Saturday, October 19, and there will also be a licensed bar operating.

Items can be inspected from 6:00pm with the auction getting underway at 7:00pm.

Proceeds from the night will go towards the renovations of bathrooms at the South Burnett Community Hospital.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from the Pioneer Lodge Motel in Kingaroy,

For more information, call Val on (07) 4163-2480.

The ticket price includes finger food served during intermission.
