The Kingaroy State High School “Class of 1993” photographed at their Senior School Camp

September 23, 2013

Did you graduate from Kingaroy State High School in 1993? Then Kate Booby wants to hear from you ASAP.

Kate (nee Box) is one of the main organisers of a reunion of 1993 KSHS schoolies which is being held this weekend in Kingaroy.

On Saturday, the former students will meet at 11:00am at their old school to reminisce, swap stories and take a tour of the buildings to discover all the changes over the years.

Then on Saturday night, the Class of’93 and their partners will gather from 6:00pm in the Tobruk Room at the Kingaroy RSL for a night of food and music.

Hot food platters will be provided, and meals and drinks will be available for purchase.

On Sunday,  there’ll be a family friendly day day at Memorial Park from 10:00am-2:00pm, complete with a jumping castle and a sausage sizzle (BYO drinks and chairs).

Kate told southburnett.com.au she was still searching for some missing classmates.

She has invited anyone who graduated from KSHS in 1993 to ring her on 0417-772-815 or send her an email.

Invitations to the event can be found online; tickets, which are $25 per adult, can also be booked online
