The St Vincent de Paul Society’s new shop at the roundabout in Wondai officially opened its doors for the first time this morning.
The St Vinnies outlet has relocated from its old shop in Mackenzie Street into much bigger and brighter premises.
The store will be open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am-2:00pm; and on Wednesdays to Fridays from 9:00am-2:00pm.
There’s a large range of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing; shoes, toys, books and bric-a-brac. There’s also a small range of furniture.
Donations of items can be left at the store during opening hours only.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering, should also talk to store manager Carmel during opening hours.
There are three St Vinnies stores currently in the South Burnett … at Yarraman, Kingaroy and Wondai.
