A two-year-old boy was flown to the Mater Children’s Hospital in Brisbane as a precaution about 8:10am today after an accident on a private property near Speedwell.

The toddler was believed to be riding in a utility on private property when he fell onto a dirt road.

The RACQ CareFlight medical team assisted QAS Paramedics at the homestead where the young boy was stabilised for flight.

The boy was in a stable condition when he was airlifted, accompanied by his mother.
