An 18-year-old Murgon man has been charged with indecent assault after an alleged incident on a train overnight.
The man was detained about 8:00am this morning at Bowen railway station by police following the alleged assault of a 69-year-old woman on the northbound train.
He was later charged with one count of indecent assault and wilful exposure and is due to appear before Bowen Magistrates Court on July 9.
The woman was not physically injured.
