Jumping Ant Arts has organised a photography day at Taabinga Homestead next Wednesday (June 19) for anyone who wants to improve their camera skills.

JAA member and expert photographer Max Walters will be sharing his photographic skills and talents.

Photos taken in this “Out In The Field” workshop will be suitable either as the medium in itself or as a valuable reference tool for later drawings or paintings.

Max has chosen historic Taabinga Homestead as the venue because it offers fantastic subject matter.

The workshop will begin at 10:30am and no special camera will be required (just the one you usually use).

It is planned to meet at the 1913 Chambers in Edward Street at 10:00am for car-pooling.

A small fee of $5.00 per person will be charged.

To book a place, phone Fay on (07) 4168-1925.
