A Kingaroy man aged in his 20s died when his motorcycle and a 4WD pulling a trailer collided on the D’Aguilar Highway near Nanango this afternoon.
The crash occurred about 1:30pm at the intersection of Hodgeleigh North Road.
A police spokesman said the motorbike rider died at the scene.
A male driver of the car was treated at the scene and a female passenger was taken by ambulance to the Kingaroy Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
The highway was closed for several hours but is now re-opened.
