A truck rollover on the D’Aguilar Highway near Kingaroy caused delays to traffic this morning.
The incident occurred about 5:40am near the roadworks at Coolabunia.
A Kingaroy police spokesman said the tip truck appeared to suffer a mechanical failure before it left the road and overturned.
The 47-year-old Kingaroy driver was uninjured but has been issued with a notice to appear in court after allegedly failing a breath test.
