Goal! The U6s looked happy that the soccer season is back … McDonalds Redbacks v Bill Hull Car Centre Redbacks

April 21, 2013

Junior football kicked off with a bang on Saturday with a full round of games played at the Nanango soccer fields.

Kingaroy Junior Soccer Club president Tracey Tunstall said there were 49 teams playing in the competition this year, including six Cadets teams and eight U12/13 teams.

An extra U7 team from Kingaroy will also come into the competition because of the number of players who have signed up.

The competition will run for another three weeks at Nanango, before switching to Wondai for four weeks and then the last eight weeks in Kingaroy.
