A manager will take over the running of the Tingoora Hotel on Monday following an application for a winding up order against the controlling company, Lodgefern Pty Ltd.
The Tinny Pub first opened in July 1907 and is believed to have had just five owners since then, but it has changed hands twice now in the past 10 years.
Dan and Wayne Kratzmann bought the pub in 2003 and undertook major renovations. A drive-through bottleshop was added in 2006, and a takeaway outlet in Wondai was also established.
Bruce and Jenny Jones, in partnership with Barbara Camp, purchased the hotel in June 2010 after it was passed in at auction when bidding reached $1 million.
