Charity Radio Auction Postponed

CROW-FM’s planned charity Radiothon tomorrow (March 3) has been postponed because of the latest round of floods.

The radiothon, part of the Mayor’s Red Earth South Burnett Flood Appeal, will now be held next Sunday, March 10, on CROW-FM from 8:00am until noon.

The Radiothon will offer listeners the chance to bid on a wide range of prizes and gift vouchers donated by local businesses.

It has been set back a week because road closures caused by the latest downpours have prevented volunteers from being able to man the station’s phones.

Items to be auctioned can still be accepted. Contact the South Burnett Regional Council on (07) 4189-9155 from Monday-Friday.
