March 11, 2013
The Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be presenting a workshop in Yarraman on Thursday (March 14) to encourage local businesses and organisations to get a website.
The “NBN You and Your First Website” workshop will be held from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Yarraman Library, corner Toomey and Douglas streets, Yarraman.
Supper and refreshments will be provided.
It will be presented by Toowoomba Chamber CEO Greg Johnson and James Deck from Toowoomba web design company 1300 Web Pro.
The goal of the workshop is to give small business owners, cultural and not-for-profit groups an introduction to setting up a website.
This will be followed by an opportunity to receive free one-on-one tuition on website development and enhancement.
The workshop is free but bookings are essential.
