A 30-year-old man will face trial in the District Court later this year on charges of supplying and trafficking cannabis and LSD.
Luke John Thorp entered no plea in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today.
The self-employed carpenter was charged with three counts of supplying cannabis, one count of supplying lysergide (LSD) and one count of trafficking cannabis and lysergide.
Defence counsel Mr Mark Werner consented to a full hand-up committal with no cross-examination of evidence.
Police Prosecutor Sgt Wayne Bushell tendered witness statements, exhibits, analysts’ certificates and a copy of a search warrant and phone examination report.
Magistrate Mark Bucknall committed Thorp to face trial on a date to be fixed.
