Ipswich police have advised there is a serious traffic crash on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Fernvale.
Two trucks and a car are believed to be involved.
The highway is currently closed and long delays are expected.
The crash is between Mockers and Harris Roads on the southern approach to Fernvale.
More information will be published when it is available.
UPDATE 6:00pm: Diversions are now in place down Glamorgan Vale Road and onto Fernvale Road.
UPDATE 11:30pm: The highway is still blocked with diversions in place.
