The Burnett Mary Regional Group is running a grant writing workshop on September 10 to help potential environmental grant recipients to hone their skills.
A BMRG spokesman said there were numerous grants and funding opportunities just around the corner, including “Everyone’s Environment”, “Biodiversity Fund” and “Caring for our Country”.
“Take this opportunity to glean tips and tricks from the folks at Queensland Landcare,” the spokesman said.
The grant-writing workshop will be held at the BMRG Office, 32 Bramston Street, Wondai, on Monday, September 10, from 10:15am- 3:00pm.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
“Sam Morris (Wombat Creative) and Geoff Penton (Queensland Landcare) will hold your hand through the Everyone’s Environment grant application, letting you in on their wealth of knowledge in producing a robust and effective funding application,” BMRG said.
