A 66-year-old Blackbutt woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital with a broken wrist after a nose-to-tail crash occurred on Tuesday evening on the D’Aguilar Highway at Coolabunia, near the Peterson Drive roadworks.
A police spokesman said the incident occurred at the Muller Street T-intersection, just before the roadworks.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 32-year-old Nanango woman, was not hurt and her vehicle did not sustain major damage.
Police issued a ticket to the Blackbutt woman for following a vehicle too closely.
