Year 12 students Tayla Benson and Georgia Maclaran helped keep the show running smoothly

July 23, 2012

St Mary’s students from Prep to Year 12 demonstrated their dancing and musical skills in Kingaroy on Friday night when they rocked on stage in the school’s annual concert.

The Catholic College’s Maryknoll Centre was packed with parents, friends, teachers and fellow students for the massive evening of entertainment.

Each class produced a dance or performance piece to rock or pop music and competed for a “Benny” (a nod to the school’s Benedictine tradition).

The students prepared the works during their own time and during free periods.

Winners of the “Bennies” were Prep/Year 1, Year 8 and Year 12.
