A six-year-old boy suffered a suspected broken leg in a quad bike accident which occurred about 10:30am today on a private property near Widgee.
An emergency services spokesman said the boy was taken by ambulance to Gympie Hospital.
An 11-year-old boy suffering shock was also taken to hospital for observation.
