The Bloomin Beautiful Blackbutt Festival committee is inviting all horse riders, mountain bikers, hikers and outdoor adventurers to join in the activities at the 2012 Brisbane Valley Rail Trail Expo on September 8-9.
The Expo will run for two days – as part of the bigger Bloomin’ Beautiful Festival – with demonstrations, events and stalls.
There’ll also be bird-watching walks, a public art sculpture competition, South Burnett Trail Riders Club trail ride, photographic competition and free “trackless” train rides along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.
The Festival committee is also inviting expressions of interest from any outdoor recreation enthusiasts who would like to showcase their organisation or business during the festival by sending an email to event co-ordinator Melanie Doheny at by July 10.
