A 45-year-old Nanango man, Alex Crawford, has been committed to face trial in the District Court in Kingaroy on a charge of unlawful wounding.
Crawford pleaded not guilty in Kingaroy Magistrates’ Court today to a charge of unlawfully wounding Shane Michael Flanagan at Nanango on February 9, 2012.
He will face trial on a date to be fixed.
Bail was continued on condition he have no contact with Flanagan or other Crown witnesses.
