The not-for-profit Kingaroy running club Go Getta Girls Inc is organising a special four kilometre fun run (or walk!) on Mother’s Day, May 13, to help raise funds for breast cancer research.
The fun run is being held in conjunction with a nationwide community event, “Mothers Day Classic”, which for the past 10 years has been encouraging communities to celebrate Mother’s Day and at the same time raise funds for cancer research.
The fun run will begin at the Go Getta Girls’ shed in Memorial Park, Kingaroy, at 7:00am.
