Jazz On The Lawn - Kumbia
Here's something different for a Sunday! The Kumbia Kindergarten will be staging their third annual "Jazz On The Lawn" at Rick and Alice Greenup's cattle property Cardowan Homestead from 11:00am to around 5:00pm today. Cardowan Homestead is located approximately 20km north-west of Kumbia at 1563 Ironpot Road and if you're unfamiliar with the area you'll be able to find it very easily by looking out for signs from Kumbia's CBD onwards. The Toowoomba-based Windy City Jazz Band will be performing at this fully licensed, fully-catered family event and there'll also be performances from the South Burnett's very own (and highly acclaimed) Andrew Riek. Wines from Clovely Estate, Kingsley Grove and Captain's Paddock will be available at the bar as well. Tickets to today's gathering are $45 for adults and $20.00 for young people aged 12 to 18 (under-12s are free) and since they include meals, pre-bookings are essential! Sunday Markets - Kilkivan

Timber Town Woodworkers Group Meeting - Blackbutt
The Timbertown Woodworkers Group will be holding their regular Sunday morning meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Blackbutt from 8:00am until around 12:00 noon this morning. The Tingoora Hotel on the Bunya Highway at Tingoora will be holding a Seafood Sunday afternoon at its popular Deck Restaurant from 11:30am to 3:00pm today. What's On At The Wineries This Weekend
The South Burnett's wineries and cellar doors will all be open this weekend if you want to relax in their cafes and/or taste their wines. The South Burnett is the second-largest wine region in Queensland (next to the Granite Belt) and larger than all the State's other wine regions put together. Sunday Afternoon Mixed Social Bowls - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Bowls Club will be holding mixed social bowls matches for men and women from 1:00pm this afternoon on the club's greens in Youngman Street, Kingaroy. Sunday Brunch At The Artist's Cottage - Kingaroy
The Artists Cottage located on Goodger Road opposite Kingaroy Airport will be holding a Sunday Morning Brunch from 9:00am to 11:00am this morning - the perfect way to kick off a long, lazy Sunday and/or combine breakfast with a peek at the latest exhibition on show at the Mayovale Gallery. The menu on offer includes eggs benedict with bacon or smoked salmon; croissants; danishes and delicious coffee. Come & Try Clay Target Shooting - Kingaroy
The Birds Of A Feather Relay for Life team will be holding a "Come & Try" day at the Kingaroy Clay Target Club's range on Cooyar Road, Kingaroy from 9:00am onwards this morning as a fundraiser for this year's Relay For Life effort. You can take part in two 10-target events for $20 (which includes guns, ammo and tuition) but you'll need a current drivers licence or shooter's licence for ID and no bare feet or thongs are allowed.
