Well-known pork industry figures Darren Gary Wilson and Cameron Ronald Wilson have been named as the two Queenslanders linked to an alleged multi-million dollar fraud.
Charges against the two men were mentioned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
The charges include allegations the pair fraudulently destroyed records, made fraudulent omissions in records, fraud, received tainted property and made false declarations.
The men were not required to appear in court and are currently on bail.
