A teenage boy suffered a severe arm injury after a Council window was accidentally broken during Saturday’s Multicultural Festival in Kingaroy.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics were called just after 5:00pm to the Kingaroy Town Hall Forecourt.
The high-school aged boy was with friends on the walkway near the Council offices when the incident occurred.
The QAS spokesperson said the boy suffered a “significant” arm injury, which was potentially life-threatening.
He was taken to Kingaroy Hospital by ambulance and them airlifted by LifeFlight to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane for further treatment.
