Dates for a retrial for former Tingoora resident Judith Ann Schulz, charged with stalking a former South Burnett councillor, have now been set for 2027.
Ms Schulz was found guilty in December 2024 in the Brisbane District Court of stalking former Division 6 councillor Scott Henschen over alleged incidents in 2020 and 2021.
However, these convictions were set aside in May 2025.
The matter had been listed for a new trial to begin on June 22 this year.
However, this has now been pushed back for a trial review on April 16, 2027 with the trial set to start on April 26, 2027.
