Nanango QCWA members are thrilled with the new look of their building in Fitzroy Street, thanks to a Heritage Nanango Community Branch grant.

President Judy Bryant said the the group had received $2296 to paint the front of their rooms, just in time for the group’s 100th birthday celebrations.

“We’re very grateful to the team at Heritage Bank Nanango,” Judy said.

“Without this grant, we may not have been able to give our beautiful building a much-needed facelift.

“The fresh paint not only brightens up our rooms, but also adds to the look of our town and makes the space more welcoming to members and visitors.”

Heritage Nanango is a community-owned bank branch, which means profits are reinvested back into the local area through grants for community groups.
