A teenage girl was airlifted to hospital on Tuesday night after reportedly being shot on a property at Chahpingah.
Police and emergency services were called to a property on Kingaroy-Burrandowan Road about 6:30pm after reports a firearm had been accidently discharged.
A 13-year-old girl at the scene suffered a serious injury to her arm.
A police spokesperson said the girl was airlifted to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Police investigations into the incident are continuing.
