Brisbane-based Deluca Corporation is selling a major retail site in Kingaroy.

The sale of the freehold property, near Bunnings, is underpinned by a seven-year lease to the current tenant, Petstock, to 2032 (with options to 2046) and fixed 3 per cent annual rental increases.

Stonebridge Property Group has been appointed to market the property, which consists of two concrete tilt panel buildings, built for Petstock in 2021, on a 2539sq m freehold corner allotment with  32 car parking spots.

“It’s rare to see an investment of this quality on a freehold lot directly adjoining Bunnings,” Stonebridge partner Michael Collins said.

“The two assets share access from the D’Aguilar Highway and genuinely complement each other’s uses, which supports long-term performance.

“Petstock’s confidence in the location is reflected in their decision to commit to a new seven-year net lease.”

The property will be sold via Stonebridge’s National Portfolio Auction on Thursday, February 19.
