The occupants of two vehicles were lucky to escape injury in a collision which occurred on Kilkivan-Tansey Road, near Kilkivan, on Monday afternoon.
Traffic was blocked in both directions while emergency services were at the scene.
A QAS spokesperson said the incident occurred near a bridge and one of the vehicles rolled.
Paramedics assessed several people but all declined transport to hospital.

A man in his 60s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition on Sunday night after being bitten by a snake at Gordonbrook.
Emergency services were called to the residence about 8:20pm.

A man, aged in his 60s, was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition on Saturday night after a ride-on mower rolled at a private property near Nanango.
The man suffered back, hip and chest injuries.
