A man aged in his 50s was lucky to escape injury in a single-vehicle crash at Cooyar on Saturday evening.
Emergency services were called at 10:36pm after reports a vehicle had run off the New England Highway and struck a tree.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was assessed by paramedics but did not require transport to hospital.
