Police are investigating a fire which destroyed a house in a rural residential area north of Blackbutt late on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to Scott Close at Teelah at 10:36pm.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said the 10m x 20m building was fully ablaze when fire crews arrived.
Four urban fire brigade trucks and two rural units attended the incident.
The rural tankers were brought in to supply extra water.
The fire was extinguished by 1:30am with firefighters remaining on site for about another 30 minutes to mop up.
Police guarded the burnt out building overnight.
A police spokesperson said a crime scene had been declared and investigations into the cause of the blaze were continuing.
No one was injured during the incident.
