A firefighter suffered burns while attending a large blaze near Wondai on Friday afternoon.
A QAS spokesperson said the person was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with burns to their hand.
No further information was available.
The Wondai fire, which is burning near Simpsons and Mollenhauers roads, was reported about 11:40am.
At 12:36pm, the Queensland Fire Department issued a STAY INFORMED bushfire advice warning for residents in Wondai and surrounding areas.
However, no properties were in danger.
At 5:00pm, there were still 12 fire crews at the incident.
At 5:20pm, this number had dropped to nine but the vegetation fire was still burning.
