Kingaroy Wests came out victors at the Grand Final of the South Burnett Women’s Soccer competition last Friday night.
The clash between Wests and surprise finalists Barambah Bears was played at the Tom Alford Soccer Oval in Kingaroy.
Wests took home the trophy by downing Barambah 2-0.

The Grand Finals of the South Burnett Junior competition will be played on Saturday at the Kingaroy Junior Soccer Fields, following last weeks semi-finals in U12/13s and Cadets.
Last week’s results:
- Under 12/13s – Nanango Panthers Blue def. Barambah Connollys State Waste Bears 7-1
- Under 12/13s – Nanango Panthers White def. Kingaroy McDonalds 4-2
- Cadets – Barambah Raffin Electrical Bears def. Kingaroy Refrigeration 4-0
Grand Final on Saturday:
- 8:30am – Under 12/13s – Nanango Panthers White v Nanango Panthers Blue
- 10:00am – Cadets – Kingaroy CTC Mechanical v Barambah Raffin Electrical Bears
